- Obtaining and updating lists of prospective buyers and sellers of property
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of property.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and providing suitable suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
